TRIBE 99 Game Routines – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Game Routine from TRIBE 99, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES FINAL

All Game Routine purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or future TRIBE 99 products or events. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Discounts cannot be combined.

PERFORMANCE USE ONLY – NOT FOR COMPETITION

TRIBE 99 Game Routines are created for performance purposes only (e.g., pep rallies, sideline performances, halftime shows, or community events).

  • These routines are not licensed or intended for competition use.

  • Choreography, formations, and instructional materials may not be used or submitted in any competitive setting, including but not limited to local, state, regional, or national competitions.

  • Unauthorized use of these materials for competition may result in disqualification from future purchases and potential legal recourse.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Sale Close Date: April 30, 2027– Game Routines will no longer be available for purchase after this date.

  • Routine Access Revoked: May 31, 2027 – Access to all Game Routine download links, videos, and materials will expire. Please ensure you download and store your files before this date, as no extensions will be granted.

 

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing and utilizing a Game Routine, you acknowledge the following:

  • Dance and physical activity carry inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, or more serious injury.

  • You voluntarily assume all risk associated with participating in or teaching this choreography and agree to release and hold harmless TRIBE 99 Choreography LLC, its owners, employees, directors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands for damages or injury arising from its use.

  • You certify that all participants are physically able to safely learn and perform the choreography, and that proper supervision and safety measures will be in place during instruction.

  • You are responsible for securing any performance or broadcast rights required by your school, district, organization, or performance venue.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIBE 99 Choreography LLC and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, or costs (including legal fees) that may arise from the use or misuse of the Game Routine materials, including but not limited to:

  • Injuries sustained while teaching or performing the choreography

  • Violations of rules or performance guidelines set by schools, organizations, or venues

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • All choreography, instructional videos are the intellectual property of TRIBE 99 and may not be copied, resold, re-taught, or distributed in any form without prior written permission.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate Tennessee courts.

  1. USAGE: These routines are created for sideline and performance usage ONLY and may not be used for competitive purposes.

  2. ACCESS & DISTRIBUTION: Upon purchase, you’ll receive a unique log-in to your video library. Sharing, distributing, or transferring these routines or materials is strictly prohibited and could result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

  3. AVAILABILITY & EXPIRATION: Game Routines will be available for purchase through April 30, 2027. All materials provided with your purchase, including the video tutorial, will remain accessible until May 31, 2027, after which access will expire.

  4. SHARE YOUR PERFORMANCE: We want to see you perform! Please credit @TRIBE99OFFICIAL and the choreographers on all social platforms so we can reshare!
