  • OPTION 2: Attend in person (no dancing) and submit a Dancer Profile and a video for Coaches to review 
  • OPTION 3: Do not attend and submit only a Dancer Profile and a video for Coaches to review

Participation and Refund Policy Statement

At TRIBE 99, our primary goal is to give dancers the opportunity to be seen by college coaches. We understand that injuries, illness, or other conflicts can sometimes prevent a dancer from attending in person. That’s why we highly encourage all dancers to submit their Dancer Profiles, ensuring their skills are shared with college coaches regardless of circumstances.

While we always prefer dancers showcase their abilities in person, we understand that injuries happen. In these cases, we encourage dancers to submit a video recorded within the last six months along with their profile. Injured dancers are also encouraged to attend the event to participate in coach connections and networking sessions, maximizing their exposure and opportunities.

Please note that our no-refund policy is in place to maintain the sustainability of our events and to ensure that all dancers have the chance to be seen by college coaches.

We do not take this policy lightly. It is designed to create an equitable experience for all participants. With multiple options for participation, every dancer has the opportunity to showcase their talent—even if they are unable to dance due to injury. By purchasing a pass, you agree to these terms.
